Mim Kempson is a Relationship Coach and ADHD & Autism Consultant
I also write, speak and run workshops on neurodivergence, dating, sex and relationships
Supporting neurodivergent individuals & couples in their relationships
I specialize in intimacy, dating and connection coaching for individuals and couples with ADHD and autism
Being autistic or having ADHD can feel like speaking an entirely different language. Whether this be with a partner, friends, family or at work, our neurotype strongly shapes the ways in which we naturally communicate and connect in our relationships.
Think of me as a “translator”. I specialise in working with neurodiverse individuals and couples, helping people bridge gaps and transform the patterns that keep them stuck in relationships. In identifying our own needs, feelings and boundaries, we are then able to connect more authentically in our relationships and align more firmly with our unique values and vision in life.
If you’re interested in individual or couples sessions, the first step is to book a free 15-minute call.

Client testimonials
“Sessions with Mim helped me understand myself and relate with others on a deeper level. I’ve started to step away from who I thought I was supposed to be, or who everyone else said I had to be, and am becoming closer to who I really am.”
— Man, late 20s
“Mim brings care, compassion and humour to her sessions, but also a healthy dose of real talk.”
— Woman, 30s
“Mim is kind, caring, funny, thoughtful and above all genuine. For the past 40 years I have been hiding and being ashamed about my sexuality and my gender, and after trying numerous other therapists I never thought I would find the answers I was so desperately seeking.”
